TecnoLab manufacturers the Replenishment Consoles and the EcoMix chemical mixing and recycling unit. The EcoMix is a completely self contained unit designed for high production labs. The EcoMix mixes chemistry automatically as needed, directly from concentrates. This allows one to use larger, more economical mixes and also significantly reduces the labor time involved in mixing. One EcoMix unit can supply up to 1200 liters a day to external storage tanks. A new larger EcoMix is now available that will mix three different types of chemistry eliminating the need for multiple standard EcoMix machines multiple water and electrical and connections. TecnoLabs' Replenishment Consoles allow the user to simply pour chemical concentrates and water into the normal replenishment console chamber and have it mix "onboard". The TecnoLab mixers work with the full quantities of chemical concentrates and mix them into working strength replenisher, to be dispensed as needed.
